2. Consultation and Health History Evaluation:
During your in-office appointment, one of our experienced medical professionals will conduct a comprehensive health history evaluation. For new patients, this evaluation is essential and comes with a fee of $150. It ensures that we understand your unique health needs and can tailor our approach accordingly. This evaluation is required every six months for ongoing care, with subsequent evaluations priced at $99.

3. Comprehensive Labs:
For hormone therapy our medical provider requires comprehensive lab work ($299). These labs provide valuable insights into your health and help guide our treatment plan.

4. Personalized Medication Discussion:
Following your evaluation and lab results, you’ll have a one-on-one discussion with our medical provider to determine which hormone therapy or anti-aging peptide may work best for you. We take into account your health goals, medical history, and lifestyle preferences to tailor a personalized treatment plan just for you. 

5. Medication Prescription and Delivery:
Once a therapy is selected, our medical provider will either have you schedule an appointment for pellet insertion ($99 – Cost of service and sterile materials for BHRT Pellet insertion) or prescribe other medication for you. You have the option to pick up your medication at our clinic or have it conveniently mailed to your door for an additional cost.

6. Follow-Up Prescription Refills:
For your convenience, prescription refills can be requested via text or phone call for the next six months. We’re here to support you every step of the way on your wellness journey. And as always, please text or call us with any questions regarding your hormone therapy and medications.
