Why Are We The Best BHRT Clinic In Denver?
As we age, our hormone levels will fluctuate and decline. But you can restore hormone balance through bioidentical hormone replacement therapy. BHRT is the process of restoring hormones naturally to prevent the symptoms and diseases associated with low circulating levels of hormones. We say “naturally” because bioidentical hormones are chemically identical to those the human body produces. So unlike synthetic hormones which are used in traditional HRT (hormone replacement therapy) and which the body recognizes as foreign substances that can come with side effects, bioidentical hormones can safely and easily be absorbed and processed by the body.
BHRT can stop or reverse the above conditions which can negatively, and often seriously effect not just your health, but your life.
That’s why Thrive Health Solutions only uses BHRT. What can you expect when you choose to get BHRT treatments? After an initial consultation, we perform an in-depth evaluation which includes an analysis of your health history and results of any bloodwork we may do. With careful consideration of your needs and goals, we will devise a personalized BHRT plan for you. Once this plan is in effect for a period of time, we will bring you back for a follow-up and testing to assess your progress. Additionally, these scheduled check-ins ensure your safety and allow for the fine-tuning of your BHRT treatment, based upon any changes in diet, work, sleep, stress and any medical conditions.

Frequently asked questions
What are BHRT Pellets?
Pellets, or implants are made up of hormones (i.e. testosterone or estrogen) that are pressed or fused into very small solid cylinders. These pellets are larger than a grain of rice and smaller than a ‘Tic Tac’. In the United States, the majority of pellets are made by compounding pharmacists and delivered in sterile glass vials. There is a ‘FDA approved’ 75 mg testosterone pellet.
How long will BHRT pellets last?
The pellets usually last between 3-4 months in women and 5-6 months in men. The pellets do not need to be removed. They completely dissolve on their own.
Do pre-menopausal women get testosterone pellets?
Testosterone pellets may be used in pre-menopausal females (women who have not stopped menstruating). Testosterone has been shown to relieve migraine or menstrual headaches, help with symptoms of PMS (pre menstrual syndrome), relieve anxiety and depression, increase energy, help with sleep and improve sex drive and libido. If a pre-menopausal female has a testosterone pellet inserted, she must use birth control. There is a theoretical risk of ‘masculinizing’ a female fetus (potentially giving male traits to a female fetus).
